Lumina Stage Collective is seeking an experienced Arts Program Director to lead our diverse portfolio of performing arts programs in New York City. Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of all artistic programs and productions, from concept to curtain.
  • Oversee season planning, commissions, project timelines, and artist collaborations.
  • Manage program budgets, fundraising efforts, grants, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to grow audience reach, ticket sales, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate contracts, staffing, safety protocols, and compliance with union and venue requirements.
  • Supervise program staff and interns; foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
  • Represent the organization in partnerships with schools, cultural institutions, and community groups.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Theatre, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing arts programming, production, or arts administration with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, and sponsorship development.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
