Responsibility
- Lead high-quality dance classes for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and progression.
- Choreograph routines for recitals, showcases, and community events.
- Develop progressive curricula and individualized plans for advanced students.
- Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and maintain detailed student records.
- Collaborate with the artistic team on productions, auditions, and casting.
- Assist with studio operations, warm-ups, and routine studio management.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivating studio environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Dance or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or performance experience in multiple styles (ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.).
- Strong choreographic skills with the ability to teach and adapt for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in injury prevention and safe technique coaching.
- Availability for evenings and weekends as required by class schedules and performances.
