Luminary Arts Collective is seeking a dynamic Arts Program Producer to lead multi-disciplinary performing arts initiatives in New York City. This role blends artistic vision with operational excellence to bring compelling performances to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with curators, directors, and artists, manage calendars, budgets, and production logistics, and ensure high-quality experiences from concept to curtain.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production planning for theater, dance, and live performance programs, from concept to curtain.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, vendor contracts, and financial reporting; monitor project profitability.
- Coordinate artist recruitment, casting, rehearsal processes, and creative development with directors and choreographers.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and education teams to drive audience engagement, ticketing strategy, and fundraising.
- Oversee venue operations, technical requirements, safety compliance, access services, and risk management.
- Produce post-show reports, evaluate audience feedback, and implement improvements for future seasons.
- Manage grant reporting and compliance where applicable; prepare proposals and stewardship communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Theatre, Dance, Music, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years in performing arts production, program management, or equivalent leadership roles.
- Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and grant management skills; proficiency with accounting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office / GSuite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during performance blocks; occasional travel as needed.
