As an Asset and Property Specialist, you will safeguard our physical and digital resources by implementing best practices in asset control and property management, contributing to seamless daily operations. Responsibility
- Maintain, update, and reconcile detailed records of all company assets, including IT equipment, furniture, and facility-related items.
- Coordinate asset tagging, movement, assignment, and disposal in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and physical verifications to ensure asset accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in developing and implementing asset management strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and facilities teams for seamless asset lifecycle management.
- Prepare clear inventory and asset status reports for management review.
- Support property administration, including lease documentation and property maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements concerning all assets and property.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or property administration (preferably in a BPO environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations is an advantage.
