Polystar General Services, Inc. is seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join our facilities team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This role focuses on repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple disciplines to keep our properties safe, reliable, and well maintained.
As a hands-on maintenance professional, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems, respond to service requests, and help sustain the operational readiness of our facilities. You will work closely with the facilities team to perform inspections, execute preventive maintenance tasks, document all work performed, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems to maintain optimal operation.
- Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, and document actions taken for record-keeping.
- Assist with minor installations, upgrades, and project-related tasks under supervision.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and teams to source parts and schedule service calls as needed.
- Maintain clear logs of maintenance activities and report trends to supervisor.
- Assist with space planning and general facility upkeep to support everyday operations.
Qualification
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and simple electrical/mechanical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods).
- Willingness to work on facilities systems and wear appropriate PPE; flexibility to work shifts as needed.
