As a key member of our facilities team, you will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor vendor performance, support space planning and project initiatives, and contribute to sustainability and safety programs. You will triage issues, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records in our CMMS and reporting systems. Within JLL's global platform, you will partner with property managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable workplaces. Your responsibilities will span from preventive maintenance planning and vendor oversight to space optimization and occupancy coordination. You will utilize data from CMMS and building management systems to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. This role also involves preparation of reports for client leadership, budgeting support, and participation in safety audits and ESG initiatives.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily facilities operations for assigned properties within the Central Region, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient building performance.
- Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance programs, scheduling work with vendors and in-house teams to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract compliance, and service level agreements to optimize cost and quality.
- Monitor health and safety programs, maintain compliance with local regulations, and lead incident investigations when required.
- Support space planning, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for client teams, ensuring minimal disruption and accurate documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting on facilities operations, energy consumption, and vendor performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records in the facilities management system (CMMS), asset inventories, and service histories.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or property management in corporate environments.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts; strong negotiation and contractor oversight skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations; familiarity with local codes and compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities; able to work across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), facilities budgeting tools, and basic data analytics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
