Halcyon Real Estate provides ongoing training, mentorship and access to premium residential listings across River Valley and surrounding districts. You will partner with our marketing and leasing teams to maximize exposure for listings through targeted campaigns, digital channels and high quality presentations. You will stay informed about market trends, regulatory requirements and best practices to ensure compliance and outstanding client service. Responsibility
- Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers for residential properties in River Valley and nearby districts.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and private viewings; coordinate negotiations and proposals.
- Create compelling property presentations, listings and marketing materials; manage listings in the CRM.
- Qualify leads, perform needs analysis, and advise clients on pricing, valuations and market conditions.
- Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and guide clients through the sale or lease process; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Nurture long-term relationships, provide post-sale support, and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and leverage digital channels to maximize listing exposure.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Singapore or a related market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with local property portals (PropertyGuru, 99.co, EdgeProp) and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of property laws, contracts and licensing requirements for real estate agents.
- Proficient in English; bilingual abilities (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
- Valid real estate salesperson license or eligible to obtain one; compliant with local regulations.
- Ability to manage targets, handle workload, and deliver excellent customer service.
