Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging real estate trends and investment opportunities.
- Perform feasibility studies and financial analyses for potential development projects.
- Source, evaluate, and support land acquisition initiatives.
- Identify and develop joint venture and partnership opportunities to maximize business potential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and government agencies.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and investment documents for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, budgeting, and execution timelines.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry developments to inform strategy and ensure a competitive edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development or sales within the real estate/property industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proven track record in executing land acquisition or joint venture deals is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
