ST Engineering Marine is seeking an Assistant EHS Engineer to oversee environmental, health, and safety operations in a marine environment at Changi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS practices and marine engineering.
Responsibility
- Implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Provide EHS training to staff and contractors
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in EHS practices (e.g. NEBOSH) is a plus
