Ideal candidates will have a solid educational background, hands-on teaching or training experience, and the ability to work with adult learners. Familiarity with learning management systems, multimedia instruction, and basic programming or electronics concepts will help you hit the ground running. Our campus embraces a bilingual, multicultural environment, so proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus.

Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, outcomes-focused technical lessons to students across various programs.
- Assist in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and adapting content for different skill levels.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects; provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a positive learning environment with effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Collaborate with senior instructors to refine teaching materials and incorporate industry best practices.
- Support training operations, including scheduling, resource preparation, and student support services.
- Mentor and support learners in building critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Stay current with evolving technical topics and industry trends to keep content relevant.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, ICT).
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or corporate training experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; Mandarin or Malay language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with classroom technology, learning management systems, and multimedia tools.
- Ability to engage diverse adult learners and adapt to different learning styles.
