What you will do

  • Own end-to-end client partnerships for assigned GrabAds advertiser accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic advertising plans aligned with client goals and GrabAds product suite, including display, video, and sponsored content.
  • Lead onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting with clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns across Grab's platforms and channels.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate terms, and manage renewal cycles to maximize account value.
  • Monitor budgets, flighting, pacing, and optimization to achieve client KPI targets such as ROAS, CPA, and click-through performance.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product strategy and marketing activities.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution when needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 5+ years of client management, digital advertising, or media sales experience, preferably in the Philippine market.
  • Proven track record managing large advertiser relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including programmatic buying and measurement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
