Join Grab's Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Department as an Assistant Manager to lead the growth of our driver and rider-partner network across the Philippines. This high-impact leadership role blends strategy, people management, and hands-on execution to attract, onboard, and activate partners who power Grab's marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to design scalable onboarding programs that deliver a smooth, compliant, and delightful partner experience across Metro Manila and beyond.
Your remit includes shaping the end-to-end partner journey—from sourcing and verification to activation, training, and ongoing support. You will build operational playbooks, governance frameworks, and measurement dashboards that track funnel metrics, activation rates, and retention. By leveraging data, market insights, and community partnerships, you will optimize recruitment funnels, reduce time-to-activation, and improve the overall partner experience while maintaining quality and compliance with Grab policies.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, and promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will cultivate strategic partnerships with driver communities, driving schools, universities, and corporate groups, expanding Grab's network responsibly and ethically.

Responsibility
- Lead the Driver Community Acquisition and Onboarding program from strategy to execution, setting clear KPIs and owning end-to-end delivery.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, including mentorship, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Design and optimize partner onboarding and verification processes to ensure a fast, compliant activation experience for driver and rider-partners.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with driver communities, driving schools, universities, and corporate partners to expand the Grab driver network.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal to align programs with business goals and policy requirements; manage budgets and forecast resource needs.
- Analyze funnel performance using data analytics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements to activation, retention, and ROI.
- Champion exceptional partner experience through training, proactive support, and clear communication; monitor feedback and escalate issues promptly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, partnerships, or program management; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing tech or platform environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and time-management skills; willing to travel within Metro Manila as required.
