Grab is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Assistant Manager, FMCG Partner Success to champion our largest FMCG partners on the Grab platform in the Philippines. In this role you will be the primary liaison helping partners grow their revenue, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will combine relationship management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our partners thrive in a competitive on-demand marketplace.
As a key member of the Partner Success team, you will own end-to-end partner lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing enablement, ensuring alignment with business goals and Grab's growth ambitions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate partner goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence category strategy, promotions, and platform features that maximize partner value and Grabβs ecosystem.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key FMCG partners to drive growth and retention on the Grab platform.
- Define success plans, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Own partner onboarding, training, and enablement to maximize product adoption and feature usage.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns and category initiatives to boost partner visibility and revenue.
- Resolve partner issues proactively and manage escalations with a customer-first mindset.
- Partner with sales and business development to explore upsell opportunities and new collaborations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of FMCG or partner management experience, preferably in e-commerce or tech platforms.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies; proficient in Excel, BI tools, and data storytelling.
- Experience with CRM systems and partner-success metrics; familiarity with the Grab ecosystem is a plus.
- Proven project management abilities; able to manage multiple partners and initiatives concurrently.
