Responsibility
- Assist the Project Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to close-out.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Support procurement and material management, ensuring timely delivery of resources and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.
- Assist with risk management, change control, and issue resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company standards; promote a culture of safety.
Qualification
- Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction/engineering project administration or supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality control processes, and site documentation.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
