We are seeking a results-driven professional with a Diploma and 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related B2B fields. The ideal candidate holds a valid driver’s license, owns a vehicle, and is willing to travel within the West Region to meet clients, perform site assessments, and deliver on-site training or demonstrations. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills will help you manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and contribute to the growth of our air compressor portfolio. Responsibility

  • Manage the full sales cycle for air compressor solutions in the West Region, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Cultivate and expand key accounts, building long-term partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial end-users.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and technical demonstrations that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop customized compressor packages and coordinate installation support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress toward targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and respond to RFQs/Tenders.
  • Travel within the West Region to meet clients, conduct on-site assessments, and deliver product demonstrations or training.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
