We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor to join our team at Taman Maluri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing leadership to the team.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction projects in Taman Maluri
- Ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
- Implement safety guidelines and regulations
- Train and mentor team members
- Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise
Qualification
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
