Responsibility

  • Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery, focusing on spelling and literacy development.

  • Supervise students during transitions and after-school tasks; ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Assist with homework guidance, marking, and providing constructive feedback to students and families.
  • Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom displays to support learning objectives.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans when required.

Qualification
