Responsibility
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to potential and existing customers through face-to-face and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment and post-sales support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualification
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
