Responsibility
- Manage a diverse caseload in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and opinions.
- Participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel effectively.
- Assist senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with firm policies and legal protocols.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
- 1-3 years' experience in litigation (commercial law preferred).
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in litigation technologies and case management software.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently under deadlines.
