Responsibility
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts and service agreements.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients across multiple sectors, including technology and manufacturing.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates, paralegals, and trainees.
- Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams on risk assessments and due diligence.
- Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Work efficiently in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
Qualification
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.
- Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiations, and dispute avoidance.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data privacy, technology contracts, or M&A is desirable.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work with senior stakeholders.
