Overview
Join Lexor & Co., a premier full service law firm focused on corporate law and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to support clients in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract review, and compliance programs.
In this role you will provide strategic counsel, draft and negotiate complex agreements, perform due diligence, and help build scalable compliance programs for a diverse client base.

Responsibility
- Advise clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and client engagements
- Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings
- Develop and implement compliance programs and trainings
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on complex matters
- Support fundraising, securities disclosures, and corporate filings as needed
Qualification
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New York
- Minimum 3 years of corporate law and regulatory compliance experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house environment
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with due diligence, entity formation, and governance matters
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities with practical problem solving
- Team oriented with a client service mindset and ability to collaborate across practice areas
