Job description

Join National Healthcare Group, a leading public healthcare cluster in Singapore, as an Associate Executive supporting the coordination of colorectal cancer (CRC) screening programs. You will work closely with hospitals, clinics, and primary care providers to schedule appointments, manage referrals, and maintain accurate patient records. Your compassionate communication will guide patients through pre-screening instructions, appointment logistics, and follow-up communications, while ensuring privacy and data integrity.

As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to process improvements that reduce wait times, improve patient experience, and enhance program outcomes. You will also assist with reporting, tracking key metrics such as screening uptake and turnaround times, and participate in outreach activities to raise CRC awareness in the community.

We offer a supportive environment, structured onboarding, and opportunities to grow within Singapore's public healthcare system. This temporary position is ideal for organized, people-focused professionals who are passionate about population health and patient-centred care.

In this role, you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to optimize scheduling workflows, maintain data quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your initiative and attention to detail will help the CRC program scale to serve more patients effectively.
