Responsibility
- Coordinate with financial planners to gather client information and execute planning tasks
- Assist in the preparation and accuracy checks of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and related documents
- Support client onboarding, document management, and secure handling of sensitive information
- Enter and maintain client data in CRM and financial planning software with high attention to detail
- Schedule appointments, follow up on actions, and manage calendar coordination across time zones
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies; maintain audit trails
- Produce regular reports and assist with administrative tasks to support advisors and clients
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning administration or a related role
- Knowledge of SOA processes and client documentation, with an eye for accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; comfortable with basic financial software
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with clients across time zones
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet and a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Australian client processes or international financial services is a plus
