Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of new automotive products from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and manufacturing for product optimization.
- Oversee prototyping, validation, and testing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform engineering analyses and apply data-driven decisions to achieve performance goals.
- Work with suppliers to manage component selection and integration.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout product lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges to meet timelines and budget requirements.
- Support continuous improvement strategies and contribute innovative ideas to the R&D team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in automotive product development and engineering.
- Proficient with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and project management skills.
- Effective communicator; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, and relevant quality standards.
- Authorization to work in the US. Relocation support available.
