Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards for automotive products.
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives and coordinate corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Execute audits and inspections to ensure continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Manage quality reporting, tracking metrics, and presenting improvements to leadership.
- Drive supplier quality management through regular assessments and feedback.
- Support product launch activities, validating process capabilities and product integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive quality or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards.
- Expertise in root cause analysis tools (5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (QMS).
- Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
- US work authorization required.
