Makotek Computer Sales Inc. is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager to lead and expand our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts. You will leverage market insights to anticipate client needs, prepare accurate proposals, and present tailored solutions. You will also track performance against quotas, manage CRM data, and report on sales metrics to leadership. Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing with business clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within assigned industries and segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales metrics, and report on progress toward targets.
  • Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing exceptional service.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably in technology, hardware, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or with a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet clients and close deals.
