Elitez Group is a dynamic leader in customized corporate gifting, serving businesses across industries. We are seeking a results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our Singapore team. In this role you will drive revenue by identifying new corporate clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored gifting programs that reinforce brand value and client appreciation. You will be a trusted advisor who can understand client branding, present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring a seamless end-to-end gifting experience. You will collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations to deliver on-brand, on-time gifting campaigns, manage orders from quote to delivery, and monitor program performance. Responsibility
- Identify and target new corporate clients in Singapore, with focus on Yishun and the North Region, across industries such as technology, finance, manufacturing, and professional services.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for corporate gifting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR, procurement, marketing, and executive sponsors.
- Conduct needs analyses, create customized gifting programs, and present proposals, demonstrations, and price quotes to clients.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and presentation to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of gifts, branding, and packaging.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as branding, packaging customization, and bulk ordering discounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reporting to management.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, promotions, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Strong relationship management and ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Understanding of branding, marketing concepts, and corporate gifting programs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
