You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates. Responsibility
- Conduct outbound B2B calls and emails to generate qualified leads within target segments.
- Qualify opportunities, identify business pain points, and map them to Concentrix solutions.
- Present compelling value propositions, deliver product demonstrations as needed, and guide buyers through the decision process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; accurately record activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging; provide feedback on market needs.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report progress to the supervisor.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of B2B outbound sales or telemarketing experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Ability to work onsite in Bridgetowne, QC and night shift schedule.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong goal orientation, resilience, and time-management skills.
