PT Dami Sariwana, a respected leader in the Indonesian FMCG sector, is seeking a results-driven B2B Supervisor to oversee Raw Materials sales in the Tangerang Selatan area. Responsibility
- Lead and manage B2B sales activities for raw materials with key accounts and distributors
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, set targets, and monitor performance metrics
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the raw materials portfolio
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and tender responses for major opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in raw materials or FMCG
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; data-driven mindset
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
- Fluent Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
