Responsibility

  • Build and execute bancassurance sales activities at Bank BNI branches in Jakarta Selatan to achieve monthly targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
  • Identify prospects, assess client needs, and present appropriate life insurance and savings/investment solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, branch visits, and clear customer consultations to drive understanding and engagement.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities within the branch network by partnering with relationship managers and bank staff.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and provide timely performance reports to management.
  • Ensure smooth policy issuance, underwriting coordination, and post-sale service to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape; participate in ongoing training and compliance activities.
  • Represent BNI Life and Bank BNI professionally at events, seminars, and community activities to grow brand awareness.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services within Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust client network.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and branch banking processes; valid insurance license or certification is a plus.
