As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be the primary liaison between BNI Life and the Bank BNI network. Your mission is to identify client needs, present tailored life insurance solutions, and guide customers through a smooth application and onboarding process. You will work in a fast paced, customer‑centric environment, supported by comprehensive product training and a competitive compensation plan that rewards performance.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute branch level bancassurance sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads generated through Bank BNI channels
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, conduct needs assessment, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with Bank BNI staff and managers to maximize opportunity flow
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM, providing accurate activity and forecast reports
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and Bank BNI policies, including KYC and AML guidelines

Responsibility

  • Identify and develop bancassurance sales opportunities at Bank BNI branches in Tangerang
  • Present and tailor life insurance solutions to individuals; assist with underwriting and application processes
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on quality customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM; track activity, pipeline, and outcomes; provide weekly updates to management

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; practical sales or financial services experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of bancassurance, insurance, or banking sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and bank partners
  • Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office; comfortable with data entry and pipeline management
  • Licensed life insurance professional or willingness to obtain license as required by local regulations
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
