BNI Life Insurance is seeking motivated Bancassurance Specialists to join our walk-in interview program in Jakarta Selatan. This role places you at BNI Bank branch locations, where you will promote Bancassurance products to individual clients. As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and branch colleagues, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from discovery to policy issuance. You will participate in ongoing product training and stay updated on regulatory requirements and policy features.

Responsibility

  • Promote and sell Bancassurance products to individual customers at BNI Bank branch locations.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and present suitable life insurance solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and riders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high service quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, process applications, and coordinate with underwriting and policy issuance teams.
  • Provide exceptional after-sale service, handle inquiries, and support claim assistance when needed.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to drive customer traffic and participate in branch campaigns and walk-in events.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (KYC, AML) and company policies in all activities.

Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
  • 1-3 years of experience in bancassurance, life insurance sales, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high integrity and attention to detail; compliant with regulations.
  • Willing to be placed at BNI Bank branches throughout Jakarta and surrounding areas; occasional travel as needed.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales software; ability to learn quickly.
