Responsibility
- Engage walk-in customers to identify financial needs and present appropriate bank products and services.
- Utilize the bank-provided customer database to drive sales and cross-sell accounts, cards, loans, and related financial solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Accurately collect customer information, perform KYC checks, and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Explain product features, handle customer objections, and close sales with integrity.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors; participate in product and compliance training.
- Maintain regulatory and security standards in all customer interactions.
- Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualification
- Recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; customer-service oriented.
- Resilient, confident, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems; willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for nationwide onboarding when required.
- Knowledge of banking products is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and a professional appearance.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
