In this role, you will help customers identify solutions that meet their needs and budgets, demonstrate product use when appropriate, and stay current on trends and product launches. You will collaborate with team members to execute promotions, maintain attractive merchandising, and ensure accurate transactions at the point of sale. A successful Beauty Advisor at our store proactively builds relationships, shares expert tips, and represents our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers seeking beauty solutions in Trans Studio Mall Makassar.
- Advise on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and budgets.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a premier customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new launches, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met; keep shelves organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system; handle returns and exchanges in line with policy.
- Build lasting customer relationships; collect contact details for loyalty programs and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with teammates to support promotions, events, and ongoing training to improve performance.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a beauty consultant, beauty advisor, or in travel retail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty trends.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills; comfortable using a POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain high energy levels in a busy environment.
