Private Advertiser is seeking a creative and energetic Crafter and Livestreamer to join our team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. This unique role blends hands-on craft skills with engaging live-stream storytelling to showcase our Retail & Consumer Goods offerings. You will demonstrate products, explain materials and techniques, and drive online sales through compelling streams. The position offers a competitive monthly base salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 2.500.000, plus a commission plan after you complete the probation period.
As a Crafter and Livestreamer, you will plan and execute live sessions that educate, inspire, and convert viewers into customers. You will manage the streaming setup, including camera, lighting, and audio, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align streams with promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns. Your ability to communicate clearly, answer questions in real time, and create an enjoyable viewing experience will be essential to growing our community and online sales. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role that rewards initiative, reliability, and measurable results.

Responsibility
- Host and perform live craft demonstrations, explaining materials, techniques, and finishes
- Showcase products to drive interest and conversions during streams
- Plan and script livestream sessions in alignment with marketing campaigns
- Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build a loyal community
- Coordinate with product and procurement teams to ensure accurate stock and product details
- Set up and optimize streaming equipment (camera, lighting, audio) for high-quality presentations
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, click-throughs, sales) and report insights
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive, friendly customer experience
Qualification
- Proven experience in crafting, handmade goods, or related arts
- Comfort with livestreaming platforms and on-camera presence
- Strong communication, storytelling, and audience engagement skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic video and audio setup knowledge; willingness to learn and troubleshoot
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent Indonesian; basic English is a plus
