As the Supervisor & Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience. You will coach frontline associates, oversee daily operations, optimize floor presence, manage stock levels, and uphold company policies. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within Kanmo Group's diverse consumer goods portfolio.
Key responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, supervising cash handling and POS operations, ensuring stock accuracy and shrink control, preparing and analyzing daily/weekly reports, and mentoring brand ambassadors to build a high-performance team.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations and open/close processes to ensure security and readiness.
- Lead, coach, and schedule frontline team; foster exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotional activities and upselling strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation across the floor.
- Manage inventory accuracy, receiving, stock replenishment, and shrink control.
- Ensure accurate POS transactions, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Uphold company policies, health and safety, and compliance standards.
Qualification
- Proven experience in retail supervision or store management, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with conflict resolution abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling.
- Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and drive results.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
