Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert, friendly service to identify needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, tailoring recommendations to individual goals.
- Demonstrate products, handle inquiries, and effectively address objections to close sales.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling within promotions.
- Maintain clean, attractive store merchandising and prominent display of promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Capture customer data and feedback; share insights with the team to improve service and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and promotional campaigns.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and explain benefits clearly to customers.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, energetic attitude and teamwork orientation.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeric and POS handling skills; reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to adapt to promotions and ongoing product training.
