Responsibility
- Provide friendly, proactive customer service and greet customers as they enter the store.
- Operate checkout at the point-of-sale accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist customers in product selection, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
- Maintain clean, organized shelves and ensure product displays are well-merchandised and replenished.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and shelf labeling.
- Collaborate with store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Uphold store policies and safety standards, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and receive shipments when needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math and POS system knowledge; cash handling experience.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive team player.
- Willingness to learn about products and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as required.
