PT Telling Trade Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Jakarta Raya outlet and elevate the standard of retail excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, mentor a team of sales associates, and drive top-line sales while maintaining exceptional store standards. You will collaborate with regional leadership to optimize product assortment, pricing, and stock levels, ensuring a compelling, on-brand shopping experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, ensuring accurate cash handling, and maintaining visual merchandising that showcases our products at their best. You will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans that deliver measurable results, all while delivering outstanding service that turns first-time shoppers into loyal customers.

Responsibility
- Lead store operations, sales performance, and customer service excellence to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Recruit, train, and coach store associates; manage scheduling and performance development.
- Monitor and manage inventory: receiving, stock counts, shrinkage control, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, signage, cleanliness, and store layout alignment with brand guidelines.
- Execute promotions and marketing campaigns; monitor promotional stock and results.
- Analyze sales data and prepare weekly reports for management; translate insights into action plans.
- Maintain cash handling accuracy, POS operations, and financial controls; ensure compliance with store policies.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, retail or related field; or equivalent proven experience in retail management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of store leadership experience in retail; track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management, coaching, and training abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta and adapt to shift schedules as needed.
