As an X5 Beauty Therapist, you will be entrusted with delivering high-quality treatments and maintaining an excellent client experience. Responsibility
- Deliver professional facial, body, and beauty treatments in line with approved protocols and product guidelines.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations to tailor services to individual skincare needs and goals.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards; sanitize equipment and ensure treatment rooms are clean and welcoming.
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to support client results and store revenue targets.
- Accurately schedule and manage client appointments; maintain detailed client records and feedback in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and client retention initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service; respond to client inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualification
- Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare modalities, and safety/hygiene protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Sales and upselling abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for appointment bookings, client records, and CRM usage.
