Responsibility
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently for residential clients.
- Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, appliances, and household systems.
- Inspect properties for potential problems and provide proactive solutions.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders.
- Ensure all work adheres to company and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area after job completion.
- Document and report completed tasks to supervisors and clients.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic home repairs.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
