Responsibility
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing repair requests and urgent maintenance issues.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and relevant fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local codes.
- Install and replace pipes, valves, fixtures, and appliances as required.
- Identify potential plumbing hazards and recommend preventive solutions.
- Work collaboratively with property management and other maintenance staff.
- Provide clear documentation of work performed and submit reports after each service call.
- Uphold professional standards of appearance, workmanship, and customer service at all times.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
- Valid plumbing certification or relevant vocational training highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a wide range of plumbing tools and equipment safely.
- Good understanding of plumbing codes and best practices.
- Available for on-call, as-needed, or flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies quickly.
