Join RecruitPedia Pte Ltd as a BIM Manager for residential and commercial building projects. You will lead digital construction efforts by coordinating 3D models, detecting design clashes, managing project data, and optimizing on-site efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior BIM professional who can turn complex design intent into buildable, clash-free models that streamline delivery.
In this role you will establish BIM governance, drive standardized workflows, and oversee the creation, validation, and maintenance of multi-discipline models (Revit, Navisworks, and related tools). You will work closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, and construction managers to resolve conflicts early, reduce risk, and improve project schedules.
Your responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, facilitating model handovers to construction teams, supporting fabrication planning, and enabling accurate quantity takeoffs and scheduling through model-based outputs. You will also mentor junior staff and champion BIM adoption across the project teams, promoting collaborative problem solving and continuous improvement.

As a core member of the project leadership, you will drive data-driven decisions, maintain model quality metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards for BIM processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved on-site efficiency, waste reduction, and safer, faster project delivery.
Responsibility
- Lead BIM coordination for residential and commercial projects, ensuring clash-free models and integrated workflows across design and construction.
- Manage the creation, updates, and validation of 3D models (Revit, Navisworks) across disciplines.
- Establish BIM standards, libraries, templates, and governance that align with project requirements.
- Detect and resolve design clashes early through multidisciplinary coordination sessions.
- Plan, track, and deliver model-based outputs such as drawings, schedules, and 4D simulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes.
- Mentor and supervise junior BIM coordinators and support staff; drive BIM workflows adoption.
- Ensure data integrity, proper handover, and documentation for facility management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; recognized BIM certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of BIM coordination experience on residential and/or commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, with expertise in clash detection and model-based coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with 4D/5D BIM, model-based project delivery, and data management.
- Knowledge of industry standards (PAS 1192, ISO 19650) or local BIM standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
