Job description
We are seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team at Nexus EC in Puchong, Selangor. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of construction projects to support the design and planning process.
Responsibility
- Create and develop 3D modeling and BIM designs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with different disciplines.
- Assist in the development of BIM standards and protocols.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
