Responsibility

  • Assist in creating and updating BIM models (architectural, structural, and MEP) using Revit and related tools.
  • Support BIM execution plans, modeling standards, naming conventions, and template management.
  • Perform clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution in collaboration with project teams.
  • Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from BIM models for construction documentation.
  • Maintain and organize BIM libraries, families, templates, and project standards to ensure data consistency.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction personnel to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in creating as-built models and documentation for handover to clients and facilities management.
  • Contribute to ongoing BIM process improvements and contribute to project progress updates on collaboration platforms.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of BIM workflows and software, with Revit proficiency preferred; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of BIM processes, standards, and clash detection concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive learning mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation.
