Responsibility
- Plan and execute molecular biology experiments (PCR, qPCR, cloning) to support project milestones.
- Develop and optimize assays using cell culture and genomic techniques.
- Collect, curate, and analyze data; generate summaries and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Design and optimize experimental workflows; troubleshoot assays to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with biology, chemistry, and bioinformatics teams on cross-functional projects.
- Maintain lab notebook rigor, comply with SOPs, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to internal presentations, scientific discussions, and manuscript preparation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (PCR/qPCR, cloning) and cell culture.
- Strong data analysis skills using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Excellent scientific communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience with CRISPR, sequencing, and assay development is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
