As a Biology Research Scientist, you will design and execute experiments, optimize assays, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams from discovery through early development.

Responsibility
- Design and execute cellular and molecular biology experiments, including cell culture, nucleic acid analysis, and biochemical assays.
- Develop and optimize assays, protocols, and data collection strategies to ensure reliability and reproducibility.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data; summarize findings in technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (bioinformatics, pharmacology, manufacturing) to translate discoveries into actionable insights.
- Manage laboratory resources, inventory, and scheduling while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Document experiments thoroughly and ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP/GMP where applicable, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to scientific communications, including internal notes and external publications or grant proposals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunoassays, and flow cytometry is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in R, Python, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
