Responsibility
- Design, execute, and optimize molecular biology and cell culture experiments (PCR/qPCR, cloning, sequencing, ELISA, and related assays) to support discovery and translational projects.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings to scientific and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and refine experimental protocols; maintain rigorous lab notebooks and data records.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and external partners to drive project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with biosafety, quality systems, and chemical hygiene plans; uphold laboratory safety standards.
- Mentor junior technicians and manage small projects or tasks with proactive planning and clear communication.
- Prepare abstracts, posters, and summaries for internal reviews and external conferences/publications.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field; 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with cell culture, PCR/qPCR, cloning, sequencing, and analytical assays.
- Proficiency in data analysis using GraphPad Prism, R, Python, or similar tools; solid understanding of statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with biosafety levels, lab safety protocols, and quality systems; track record of responsible scientific conduct.
- Publication history or prior biotech industry experience is a plus.
