Responsibility
- Plan and execute experiments in molecular biology, cell culture, and analytical assays.
- Design robust experimental protocols and maintain rigorous documentation.
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical software and bioinformatics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable plans.
- Prepare technical reports, slide decks, and manuscript figures for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain compliance with GLP/GMP and safety regulations; ensure proper lab hygiene and equipment calibration.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to training programs.
- Contribute to grant proposals and project planning as needed.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and cell culture.
- Proficiency with PCR, qPCR, sequencing, Western blotting, and cell-based assays.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in R, Python, or equivalent; experience with bioinformatics tools is a plus.
- Excellent record-keeping, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with GMP/GLP and laboratory safety practices is preferred.
