Responsibility
- Plan and execute experiments in molecular biology, cell culture, and related disciplines to address project goals.
- Design robust study protocols, maintain meticulous records, and ensure reproducibility of results.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical software and generate clear, impactful reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformatics, pharmacology, and clinical science to translate findings.
- Develop and validate assays (PCR, qPCR, ELISA, sequencing) and optimize experimental workflows.
- Maintain compliance with biosafety, quality management, and lab safety standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the training of interns and new hires.
- Present findings at team meetings and contribute to manuscript preparation when applicable.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in a biomedical setting
- Strong proficiency in molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, cloning, and sequencing
- Experience with cell culture and basic cell-based assays
- Proficiency in data analysis using Python, R, or equivalent tools; experience with bioinformatics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
